Distilled at Benriach Distillery on 1st January 2015, this single malt spent ten years maturing before receiving a finishing period in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled by Signatory Vintage in June 2026, it is presented at 46% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring, allowing the whisky's natural texture, flavour and colour to shine.
 
The Oloroso finish beautifully complements Benriach's signature orchard fruit style, adding luxurious layers of raisins, dried figs, roasted nuts and dark chocolate alongside the distillery's characteristic honeyed malt and vanilla sweetness.
 
On the palate, vibrant orchard fruits mingle with rich caramel, almonds and warming baking spices before giving way to a long, gently drying finish filled with cocoa, honey and elegant oak.
 
This is an excellent introduction to both Benriach's fruit-forward house style and Signatory Vintage's reputation for selecting exceptional single casks and small-batch releases.
