Palate: Rich and mouth-coating, revealing treacle, brambles, and blackcurrants, balanced beautifully with nutmeg and dark chocolate.
Finish: Drying and complex, with gentle ashiness, gooseberries, salted pretzels, and a warming touch of cayenne pepper.

Nose: Bright and energetic with green apples, gorse bush, wine gums, and a clean mineral edge.
Palate: Well balanced despite its strength gentle peat smoke alongside icing sugar and white chocolate, followed by tomato vine, sunflower seeds, and linseed oil.
Finish: Fresh and lingering with notes of honey and tart gooseberries.
