We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them securely using trusted courier services.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
If you require delivery outside this area, please contact us before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability and verification requirements.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Age-Restricted Deliveries (Alcohol & Tobacco)
Cask 23 operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.
By placing an order for alcohol or tobacco products, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over.
Delivery will only be completed to a person aged 18 or over.
If the recipient appears under 25, valid photographic ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) will be required.
If age verification cannot be completed:

The courier may refuse delivery

We do not permit the delivery of alcohol or tobacco to neighbours or safe places where age verification cannot be completed.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence where possible.
Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods passes to you once delivery has been completed at the address provided.
