Bepi Tosolini Grappa Moscato is an elegant and intensely aromatic Italian grappa crafted from the fresh pomace of carefully selected Moscato grapes grown in Northern Italy. Produced by the renowned Tosolini family, this spirit captures the vibrant fragrance and natural sweetness of the Moscato variety.
The pomace is distilled immediately after harvest to preserve the delicate aromas and floral character of the grapes. Using traditional bain-marie pot stills operated by hand, the Tosolini distillers carefully extract a smooth and balanced spirit that showcases the purity of the fruit.
After distillation, the grappa rests for six months in stainless steel tanks, allowing the flavours to harmonise while maintaining its crystal-clear appearance and expressive aromatic profile.
The result is a rich and refined grappa with captivating aromas of acacia honey and orange blossom, followed by a soft and elegant palate with notes of ripe fruit and a long, fragrant finish. It is a classic Italian digestif that perfectly demonstrates the craftsmanship and heritage of the Tosolini distillery.
