D’YAVOL Single Estate Vodka is made in Poland from 100% winter wheat, grown on a single estate surrounding the distillery. The producer describes the process as grain to glass, meaning the grain is grown, distilled and bottled within one operation rather than sourced from a neutral spirit supplier.
 
The wheat mash is distilled until the producer is satisfied that the spirit is as refined as it can be, then given a final filtration through black pearls. The producer states that this last step is intended to give a smooth character and a touch of lingering sweetness on the palate. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
