Don Fulano Blanco is a refined expression of traditional Mexican tequila craftsmanship, created in the Highlands of Jalisco using mature Maduro and Pinto agaves grown in the rich red volcanic soils of Atotonilco. This terroir-driven tequila captures the vibrant character of highland agave with elegance, complexity, and purity.
 
Produced under the guidance of Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca and expertly blended by Sergio Mendoza, Don Fulano Blanco is crafted using carefully selected mature agave and natural spring volcanic water, ensuring the spirit remains authentic and additive-free.
 
The agave is slowly cooked under controlled pressure, gently extracted using a specially engineered screw press, and naturally fermented in open tanks using a proprietary yeast cultivated from agave itself. The spirit is then distilled using a unique combination of 80% copper pot stills and 20% Coffey still distillation, producing a tequila that balances richness, brightness, and structure.
 
Before bottling, the spirit rests in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of six months, allowing the flavours to harmonise while preserving the crisp and vibrant character of the agave.
 
The result is a tequila that is fresh yet profound, offering layers of delicate fruit, light herbal notes, and a distinctive butterscotch richness. It works beautifully as an elegant aperitif or as the foundation for exceptional cocktails.
