Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte is the boldest expression in the Don Fulano range, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) to showcase the full intensity of mature highland agave. Crafted in the Atotonilco Highlands of Jalisco, this overproof tequila captures the raw character of the region’s rich volcanic soils while maintaining remarkable balance and elegance.
 
Produced under the expertise of Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca and blended by Sergio Mendoza, this tequila is made using carefully selected Maduro and Pinto agave grown in the family’s fields. The agave is slowly cooked, naturally fermented with proprietary agave yeast, and distilled in traditional copper pot stills before resting for several months in stainless steel to harmonise its flavours.
 
At higher proof, Don Fulano Fuerte delivers a tequila experience that is profoundly aromatic, intensely flavourful and deeply complex. Floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom mingle with vibrant agave, spice, and minerality, creating a tequila that is both powerful and refined.
