Distilled at Edradour Distillery on 1st February 2016, this single malt matured for a full decade before spending its final years in carefully selected Sauternes wine casks. Bottled in April 2026 at 46% ABV, this expression beautifully captures the harmony between Edradour's dense, old-style spirit and the luxurious honeyed character imparted by the famous sweet wine casks.
 
The nose opens with enticing aromas of honeycomb, apricot jam, candied lemon peel and vanilla custard, lifted by delicate floral notes and gentle oak spice. On the palate, rich flavours of peach syrup, golden raisins, malted biscuits and creamy butterscotch unfold alongside warming cinnamon and fresh ginger. The finish is long, elegant and delicately sweet, leaving lingering impressions of honeyed fruit, floral blossom and refined oak tannins.
 
This is a wonderfully approachable yet richly textured Highland whisky, offering an alternative to traditional sherry maturation while retaining the unmistakable depth and character for which Edradour is renowned.
