Created to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Edradour Distillery, this extraordinary Edradour 25 Year Old 1999 is a rare single cask release that perfectly captures the craftsmanship and individuality for which Scotland's smallest traditional distillery is renowned.
 
Distilled at Edradour Distillery on 21st September 1999, this exceptional Highland single malt spent a remarkable 25 years maturing in a first-fill Madeira hogshead (Cask #903). Bottled on 1st July 2025 at its natural 54.4% ABV, only 287 individually numbered bottles were produced, making this a highly collectible expression for serious whisky enthusiasts.
 
The Madeira cask has imparted extraordinary richness while allowing Edradour's dense, traditional spirit to shine. The nose reveals inviting aromas of honey-glazed nuts, baked peaches and dried figs, intertwined with soft oak and gentle spice. The palate is luxurious and full-bodied, delivering layers of golden syrup, candied citrus, ripe stone fruits and toasted oak, with Madeira's signature sweetness beautifully woven throughout. The finish is exceptionally long and elegant, recalling Christmas cake, dried fruit and warming spice, balanced by lingering honeyed richness.
