On the nose, soft aromas of Manuka honey, creamy vanilla and delicate Oloroso sherry mingle with hints of polished oak, gentle smoke and pine resin. The palate is beautifully rounded, revealing flavours of date and walnut cake, rich malt, toffee apples and dried fruits, supported by elegant sherry sweetness and subtle earthy notes reminiscent of a woodland floor. The finish is long, warming and gently spiced, leaving lingering notes of cinnamon, cloves, allspice, orange zest and rich sherry oak.
