Guerrieri Rizzardi Prosecco Extra Dry DOC is a refined and elegant sparkling wine produced from carefully selected Glera grapes grown on the cool hillside vineyards of Farra di Soligo in Treviso, one of the most respected areas for high-quality Prosecco.
The vineyards sit on light volcanic-origin soils, which contribute freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity to the wine. Combining both hand and selective machine harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their delicate fruit character.
The wine undergoes its second fermentation using the Charmat method, where the bubbles are created in pressurised tanks. This technique ensures the Prosecco retains its vibrant fruit profile, fine bubbles, and creamy texture.
The result is a premium Prosecco with expressive floral and fruity aromas, followed by a refreshing palate showing notes of citrus and peach, balanced by crisp acidity and elegant mousse. Versatile and refreshing, it is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs beautifully with seafood and light dishes.
