This remarkable Palo Cortado originates from a Solera founded in 1906, where generations of winemakers have nurtured the wine through the traditional Criaderas and Solera ageing system. Produced primarily from Palomino grapes with a small addition of Pedro Ximénez, it combines the finesse of Amontillado with the richness and depth of Oloroso.
 
In the glass, the wine displays a deep amber to bright mahogany colour, reflecting decades of oxidative maturation. The nose is complex and refined, revealing aromas of hazelnuts, sandalwood, oak and subtle dried fruits.
