Harveys Signature 12 Year Old Cream Sherry is a premium fortified wine that represents the pinnacle of Harveys’ blending tradition. Crafted by winemaker Manuel J. Valcárcel, this exceptional Rare Cream Sherry combines carefully selected aged Oloroso wines with rich Pedro Ximénez, creating a luxurious and complex expression matured through the traditional Solera ageing system.
Aged for an average of 12 years in oak butts, the wine develops remarkable depth and character. The blend consists of approximately 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximénez, delivering the perfect balance between structure, sweetness, and freshness.
In the glass, the wine shows a bronze colour with golden highlights, reflecting its long oxidative ageing. The nose is rich and expressive with aromas of spices, dried fruits, and mellow oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rounded, offering layers of burnt toffee, roasted nuts, dried fruit, and subtle apple notes, balanced by a gentle freshness that prevents it from becoming overly heavy.
Smooth, indulgent and beautifully complex, Harveys Signature 12 Year Old Cream Sherry is a perfect choice for those who enjoy rich dessert wines or luxurious after-dinner drinks.
