Crafted from a mix of peated and unpeated spirit, this whisky begins its journey in ex-American rye casks (Woodford Reserve, Peerless, and Wild Turkey) before undergoing a second maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks.
 
Bottled at 52% ABV, natural colour, and non-chill filtered, this edition captures Raasay’s rugged coastal terroir while layering richness from Spanish sherry influence. The result is a whisky that balances spice, fruit, and subtle smoke with remarkable depth.
 
Tasting Notes
