As the foundation of Lochlea's acclaimed Single Estate range, Our Barley is a true field-to-bottle whisky, crafted using barley grown on the estate and matured entirely on-site. Matured in a carefully balanced combination of Bourbon barrels, Oloroso Sherry butts and STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) casks, it delivers remarkable complexity while remaining approachable and elegant.
 
The nose opens with vibrant aromas of pear syrup, fruit bonbons, freshly cut grass and marmalade. The palate develops into layers of golden syrup, cracked black pepper, rye bread and creamy macadamia nuts, before finishing with lingering notes of orange zest and beeswax.
 
Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, this whisky perfectly captures Lochlea's commitment to authenticity, provenance and flavour.
