The Lochlea x Overtone Over and Stout is a remarkable limited-edition collaboration between two independent Scottish producers: Lochlea Distillery and Overtone Brewing Co.
 
Marking the final chapter in this celebrated partnership, Over and Stout brings together the worlds of whisky-making and craft brewing through a carefully selected marriage of just five exceptional casks. Three casks were seasoned with Overtone's rich stout beer, including two ex-Bourbon barrels and one STR barrique, joined by a first-fill Bourbon cask and an ex-peated Bourbon cask.
 
The result is a whisky bursting with character. Rich layers of dark chocolate, roasted malt and earthy sweetness are beautifully balanced by creamy vanilla, toasted oak and subtle wisps of smoke. The stout influence adds exceptional depth and texture, creating a dram that feels both indulgent and distinctly Lochlea.
 
Bottled at a robust 52% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this small-batch release delivers a richer and more warming interpretation of Lochlea's signature single estate style.
