Louis Jadot Cellier du Valvan Chablis 2022 is a refined and elegant Chardonnay from the famous Chablis region of Burgundy, France. Produced by the renowned Maison Louis Jadot, one of Burgundy’s most respected wine houses, this wine offers a classic expression of Chablis with freshness, minerality, and precision.

Sourced from vineyards planted on the region’s iconic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this Chablis reflects the purity and mineral character that has made the appellation famous. The 2022 vintage delivers beautifully balanced fruit with vibrant acidity and impressive elegance.

During vinification, the wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation, which softens the natural acidity while adding a subtle roundness and texture to the palate. This process preserves the crisp mineral style of Chablis while enhancing its complexity.

In the glass, the wine reveals aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, followed by a fresh and mineral palate with delicate citrus notes and a long, stony finish.

Awarded 95 Points and a Gold Medal at the International Wine Challenge, this Chablis is both elegant and approachable, making it an excellent introduction to Burgundy’s most famous white wine region.
