The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is the third release in The Macallan's acclaimed Harmony Collection, a limited-edition series celebrating sustainability, creativity and the enduring connection between people and nature.
 
Created in collaboration with celebrated sisters Stella McCartney and Mary McCartney, Amber Meadow pays tribute to the fertile Scottish landscapes that have inspired generations. Drawing on memories of golden summer days spent in the Scottish countryside, this exceptional single malt captures the warmth, tranquillity and beauty of Scotland's natural environment.
 
Crafted by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, the whisky is matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak casks and bourbon casks, creating a wonderfully balanced expression that evokes sunlit meadows, ripened barley fields and fresh countryside air.
 
The nose reveals delicate aromas of wildflowers, citrus blossom and honeyed barley. On the palate, notes of sweet citrus, vanilla, soft oak and gentle cereal richness unfold beautifully, leading to a vibrant, warming finish with lingering citrus character and natural sweetness.
 
Continuing the Harmony Collection's commitment to sustainability, the presentation box and bottle labels incorporate discarded meadow cuttings, transforming natural materials into beautiful packaging. Each presentation box also features stunning photography of The Macallan Estate captured by Mary McCartney.
