Park Grande Champagne Extra is an extra cognac made from eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne cru. The supplier describes the selection as aged for 30 to 40 years. It is made by Distillerie Tessendier & Fils and bottled at 40% ABV.
 
Maturation took place in cool, humid cellars, where the supplier says the long ageing allows complexity to develop gradually. At this age, the influence of the oak is likely to be a significant part of the character, and the supplier describes the cognac as refined and richly layered, with an oak-influenced character that unfolds with time in the glass.
