Northern Margaret River’s slightly warmer Indian Ocean climate contributes richness and ripeness to the fruit, while the cooler Southern Ocean breezes help maintain freshness and vibrant acidity in the wines. The result is a beautifully balanced style that captures both elegance and intensity.
 
This blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc combines aromatic lift with textural depth. Semillon provides structure and finesse, while Sauvignon Blanc contributes freshness and bright aromatic expression.
 
The wine opens with fragrant aromas of lavender, cut grass, and leafy herbal spice, complemented by subtle tropical fruit notes. A portion of the wine is fermented in older oak barrels, adding complexity and a gentle creaminess while preserving freshness.
