This 11 Year Old 2014 release from Signatory Vintage forms part of the highly acclaimed 100 Proof Editions, combining rich Oloroso sherry influence with vibrant bourbon cask freshness in a beautifully balanced single malt.
 
Distilled at Royal Brackla Distillery on 1st January 2014, this whisky matured in a combination of first-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels before being bottled in 2025 at 57.1% ABV (100 Proof). Presented in Signatory's signature natural style, it is bottled without chill filtration or added colour, preserving every layer of flavour and texture.
 
The nose opens with inviting aromas of warm sultanas, honeyed malt, vanilla and citrus peel, complemented by toasted oak and gentle sherry spice. On the palate, Royal Brackla's naturally elegant spirit shines through, delivering generous flavours of dried fruits, caramel, orange zest, cocoa and sweet malt, supported by creamy bourbon vanilla and delicate oak. The finish is long, warming and refined, leaving lingering notes of soft baking spice, rich sherry sweetness and polished oak.
 
This is an outstanding Highland single malt that perfectly balances the richness of first-fill Oloroso casks with the brightness and finesse of bourbon maturation.
