Tres Tribus Cuishe Mezcal showcases the extraordinary character of wild Cuishe agave, a rare agave variety native to the rugged landscapes of Oaxaca. Harvested from the wild after six to eight years of natural growth, this mezcal is crafted using traditional artisanal methods that honour the heritage of mezcal production.
The agave is slowly roasted over oak chips, then naturally fermented with wild yeast in underground wooden vats, allowing the environment to shape the mezcal’s distinctive character. Double distillation in copper stills refines the spirit, while spring water from San Pedro Tidaá brings balance and purity to the final blend.
The result is a mezcal that is bright, herbaceous, and deeply layered with flavour, offering a complex and earthy profile that rewards slow, thoughtful sipping.
