After maturing for twelve years in new American oak, the spirit is carefully divided into three finishing casks: Madeira (63%), Sauternes (30%), and Port (7%). Each cask contributes its own distinctive layer of flavour, before the whiskies are married to create a beautifully balanced and fruit-forward rye.
