Situated on the rugged Wild Atlantic coast of County Cork, Clonakilty Distillery has earned an outstanding reputation for producing characterful Irish whiskey inspired by its coastal environment, locally grown barley, and innovative cask maturation. Your evening begins from 6:00pm with a complimentary Minke Irish Gin & Tonic, giving everyone the opportunity to relax, meet fellow whisky enthusiasts, and settle in before the guided tasting begins at 7:00pm. The tasting will be led by Clonakilty's Brand Ambassador, who will guide guests through the history of the distillery, its unique Atlantic maturation warehouses, production methods, and the influence each cask has on the finished whiskey.
